Provided in the present application is a user portrait construction method based on characteristic variable scoring, comprising: collecting and acquiring driving travel and charging travel data of a vehicle, performing preprocessing, and, according to the attributes of the travel data, dividing same into four characteristic data sets of different dimensions; adding labels to the data in the data sets, and using binning operation to discretize characteristic variables; calculating the weight of evidence of each of the bins and a related prediction capability IV, and, according to the IV, picking out characteristic variables having high degrees of contribution to user portrait labels, so as to construct a multi-dimensional characteristic variable database; separately training a logistic regression model to generate models of different dimensions; testing the model of each dimension, and, by means of an ROC curve and scorecard conversion based on AUC values, performing evaluation and verification to obtain an optimal model; and, according to driving behavior habits of a user, classifying driving behavior characteristics of the user by using the optimal model, and, according to the classification result, scoring the driving behavior habits of the user, so as to generate a user portrait. The present application can effectively improve driving safety.
