An electric work vehicle includes a chassis, a battery housing (8) to house a plurality of battery modules, an electric motor, and at least one inverter (13-1, 13-3, 13-7). The battery housing (8) is supported by the chassis. The at least one inverter is electrically connected to the plurality of battery modules and the electric motor. The at least one inverter (13-1, 13-3, 13-7) is attached to a side surface of the battery housing that faces a width direction of the electric work vehicle.
