The traction battery charging and discharging circuit comprises a power module, a heating module, and a regulating switch assembly. The heating module comprises an energy storage element and a switch module. The power module comprises at least a first traction battery and a second traction battery. The regulating switch assembly comprises a plurality of switches, and is connected to the power module and the heating module. The regulating switch assembly is configured to connect the first traction battery to the second traction battery in series or in parallel in response to a regulation signal. The switch module is configured to regulate charging and discharging between the power module and the energy storage element in response to a regulation control signal, enabling flexible adjustment of the charging and discharging of the power module in different scenarios, and flexible adjustment of a battery self-heating mode.
