A child stroller apparatus (300) includes a handle frame (1) having a first side segment (1A) that is fixedly connected with a first coupling part (81), a front leg frame (2) having a second side segment (2A) that is fixedly connected with a second coupling part (82), a rear leg frame (3) having a third side segment (3A) that is fixedly connected with a third coupling part (83), the third coupling part (83) being connected pivotally with the first coupling part (81) and the second coupling part (82). A linking member (84) is respectively connected pivotally with the first and second coupling part (81, 82) about a first and a second pivot axis (B, C), the handle frame (1) and the front leg frame (2) being thereby rotationally linked to each other. A latch (87) is disposed adjacent to the first coupling part (81), the latch (87) being operable to rotationally lock the handle frame (1) with respect to the rear leg frame (3) for locking the infant stroller apparatus (300) in an unfolded state.
