An optical display (10), a seat, and a transport means are provided. The optical display (10) includes a housing (1), a light source unit (3), and a curved mirror (7). The light source unit (3) is fastened to the housing (1) and is configured to emit imaging light. The curved mirror (7) includes a mirror body (72) and a connection part (74) protruding from the mirror body (72). The mirror body (72) is configured to reflect the imaging light to the outside of the housing (1), and the connection part (74) presses against and is fixedly connected to the first positioning surface (162). The curved mirror (7) is directly fastened to the first positioning surface (162) on the housing (1) by using the connection part (74) without using an adapter like a frame body. This reduces a quantity of elements of the optical display (10), improves assembly accuracy of the optical display (10), and simplifies a structure of the optical display (10), thereby helping improve accuracy of an optical path system of the optical display (10) and improve output quality of imaging light of the optical display (10).
