A three-dimensional bicycle saddle structure includes a saddle body (1A, 1) mounted on a support frame (3). The saddle body (1A, 1) includes a plurality of vertical ribs (12, 2), which are spaced from each other by a spacing distance and are arranged on a base layer (11A, 11) in an arrangement direction (M1). Each of the plurality of vertical ribs (12, 2) has a bottom on and extending upward from the base layer (11A, 11) in an upward extension direction (M2) to a height. The tops of the plurality of vertical ribs (12, 2) jointly form a pressure supporting surface (13) for the saddle body (1A, 1). When the tops of the plurality of vertical ribs (12, 2) receive an action force acting thereon, the plurality of vertical ribs (12, 2), in response to the action force, in dividually generate adaptive inclined deformations of different degrees.
