The invention belongs to in-situ atmospheric pollution monitoring system with open optical path laser absorption spectroscopy device comprising a high-altitude system of two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and a movable ground system (MGS) carrying a signal receiving and analyzing device, where all systems are interconnected via contactless communication. The optic high-altitude system is interconnected by optical signals both for UAV-I and UAV-II synchronization and for pollution probing purposes, while low power laser radiation is used which saves energy and is not dangerous to different biological species. Invention offers unsurpassed mobility and spatial resolution of measurements of atmospheric gaseous molecular pollutants which detection requires a considerable length of the optical path. The evaluation of emission power and dispersion profile in the pollutant plume at specific meteorological situation is accomplished by use of specialized measurement algorithms and on-line feedback between UAV and MGS. Measurements data can be used for the development of prognostic pollution models over potential CO/CO2/NOx/CH4/N2O/SO2 pollution sources.
