The latching member (112) is moveable or rotatable to disengage from the first battery latch seat (21) under the control of the electronic controller (111). To unlock the battery box (20), it is only necessary to control the electronic controller (111) by signal, and then the latching member (112) on the base (10) may be disengaged from the first battery latch seat (21), so that the battery box (20) can be removed.
