A ballast device includes guide rails (21, 22) arranged inside a floating platform (1) and along the circumferential direction of the floating platform; ballast blocks (31,32) moving along the guide raisl to adjust the position of gravity center of the floating platform. By arranging guide rails in the floating platform and ballast blocks moving along the guide rails, the distribution of the gravity center of the floating platform is changed, and the shaking of the platform is reduced, thus improving the stability of the fan, reducing the flutter of blades, prolonging the service life of the fan and increasing the power generation. A floating wind turbine and a control method for the ballast device is also provided.
