Vehicle seat cushion inflation system 1 for selectively inflating a set of pneumatic seat cushions 104 within a vehicle seat 100, comprising a housing 10; a printed circuit board 20, arranged within the housing 10; a set of electrically controlled pneumatic valves 30, at least electrically connected to the printed circuit board 20 and having inlet ports 32 and outlet ports 34; a pneumatic manifold 40, pneumatically connecting the inlet ports 32 of the pneumatic valves 30; wherein the manifold 40 comprises a set of valve connectors 46 for connection with the inlet ports 32 of the valves 30. Further a method for assembling a vehicle seat cushion inflation system 1 is claimed.
