By means of the arrangement of the first, second and third connection shafts (14, 16, 18) extending in the z direction, the rotary adjusting mechanism (A) enables the screen (B) mounted on the connection rod (13) to bidirectionally rotate around the z direction, is simple in structure, small in the number of dimension chain control links, and high in mechanism reliability.
