The replacement time calculation unit (32) calculates a time of replacement of each tire (7) based on the prediction data for groove depth acquired by the tire information acquisition unit (31). The replacement count calculation unit (33) calculates the number of tire replacements in each period of time by tallying times of replacement calculated by the replacement time calculation unit (32) for each period of time.
