Battery energy stations and charging management methods thereof are provided, which are suitable for an electronic equipment used for storing and charging a plurality of batteries. First, the batteries are charged with a first charging efficiency in a first period, wherein the first charging efficiency in the first period is fixed. Then, it is determined whether a predetermined condition is met within the first period. When the predetermined condition is met within the first period, the first charging efficiency is adjusted, and the batteries are charged with the adjusted first charging efficiency.
