The invention relates to an assembly for controlling the blade position of rotor blades (17) on a rotor, containing a two-part swash plate (10; 100) with a rotating part (12; 112) and a non-rotating part (14; 114) which is connected to the rotating part via a bearing (16; 116), wherein the non-rotating part (14; 114) of the swash plate (10; 100) defines a swash plate plane; transmission elements (18; 118) for transmitting forces to the rotor blades (17) by means of the swash plate (10; 100); (c) a non-rotating base (34; 134); articulated rods (28; 110), via which the non-rotating part (14; 114) of the swash plate is connected to the base (34; 134) in an articulated manner and which allow the swash plate plane to be inclined about at least one axis perpendicularly to the rotational axis of the rotor, each of the joint rods being connected to the non-rotating part of the swash plate at a respective corresponding connection point; and at least one drive for moving the non-rotating part of the swash plate. The invention is characterized in that the drive engages on an engagement point of the assembly, said engagement point being arranged at a distance to the connection point between the non-rotating part of the swash plate and the articulated rod.
