The method comprises: during a dispatchment process of electric energy dispatchment between a grid (40) and a battery (P1) of a vehicle (20) by means of a charging and discharging apparatus (10) on a grid dispatchment platform (30), receiving charging/discharging completion information, which is sent by a BMS (21); according to the charging/discharging completion information, determining whether a dispatchment mode of the dispatchment process is a target dispatchment mode; and when the dispatchment mode is the target dispatchment mode, allowing the BMS (21) to accept electric energy dispatchment from the grid dispatchment platform (30).
