[Problem] An impact load from vehicle rear can be absorbed even in a case where an installation space of batteries is elongated to a vehicle rear side and an installed amount of the batteries is increased.[Means for Solution] A rear vehicle-body structure A includes a rear side frame 90 which extends in a vehicle front-rear direction in a vehicle rear portion, a rear-side battery frame 33 which extends in a vehicle width direction in vehicle rear of a battery B and in vehicle front of the rear side frame 90 and protects the battery B, and a frame bracket 40 which couples the rear side frame 90 with the rear-side battery frame 33.
