The present invention relates to an air handling device and a vehicle air conditioner module. In the air handling device provided by the present invention, the drive assembly can drive an air mixing damper and a mode damper through a single cam, and thus the drive assembly has the advantages of a simple structure and high transmission efficiency. The vehicle air conditioner module provided by the present invention comprises the air handling device described above, and thus it also has the advantages of a simple structure and high transmission efficiency.
