The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a braking force allocating method, a device and a system for a metro train. The braking force allocating method includes the following steps of: acquiring a total braking force target of a train and the total electric braking capacity provided by all motor cars of the train, wherein the total braking force target is calculated by a train braking system, and the total electric braking capacity is calculated by a train traction system; and in case where the total electric braking capacity is less than the total braking force target, allocating the total electric braking capacity to all motor cars by the train braking system, and evenly allocating a primary air braking force to the intermediate car by the train braking system, wherein the primary air braking force is equal to a difference between the total braking force target and the total electric braking capacity. The embodiment of the present disclosure solves the technical problem that the metro train has a high probability of coasting.
