A power-measuring device (100) includes a spindle (110, 410), a power gauge (210), an electrical circuit (220), and a cover. The spindle (110, 410) is configured to provide a coupling with a driving unit. The spindle (110, 410) includes a battery chamber (112, 412) within a hollow space of the spindle (110, 410). The battery chamber (112, 412) is configured to receive a battery unit (310). The power gauge (210) is coupled with the spindle (110, 410) to measure power applied to the spindle (110, 410) for driving a movement of the driving unit. The electrical circuit (220) is coupled with the spindle (110, 410), and electrically coupled with the power gauge (210). The electrical circuit (220) is coupled with the battery unit (310) and configured to receive and process signals from the power gauge (210). The cover is coupled with the spindle (110, 410) and arranged to enclose at least a portion of at least one of the power gauge (210) and the electrical circuit (220).
