This application discloses a heat storage device, a heat exchange device, a control method, a control component, and a heat management system. The heat storage device includes a second connection component and a heat exchange pipe. The second connection component includes a third connection port and a fourth connection port. A path for exchanging heat exchange liquid may be formed between the third connection port, the fourth connection port, the heat exchange pipe, and a liquid storage component, a power pump, and a first connection port and a second connection port of a first connection apparatus that are in the heat exchange device. The heat exchange pipe stores heat exchange liquid, and the heat exchange liquid stored in the heat exchange pipe is used to perform heat exchange with a heat exchange requirement component. This application in which a heat storage capability of the heat exchange liquid is used to perform heat exchange with the heat exchange requirement component is applied to an intelligent vehicle, a self-driving vehicle, a new energy vehicle, an electric vehicle, or a fuel vehicle. When the heat exchange requirement component generates a large amount of heat, the heat generated by the heat exchange requirement component can be quickly absorbed, so that the heat exchange requirement component is quickly cooled.
