The present application discloses a method, apparatus, device, and system for monitoring battery pack safety and a storage medium, and belongs to the field of battery technologies. The method includes: obtaining, based on obtained stress data of a battery pack installed in an electric vehicle, stress energy information of the battery pack; determining a target-level alarm condition based on the stress energy information and sending alarm information corresponding to the target-level alarm condition, where the target-level alarm condition is a level of alarm condition in preset N levels of alarm conditions that the stress energy information satisfies, an ith level of alarm condition includes that there are mi occurrences of impact energy represented by the stress energy information that is within an ith energy threshold range, and when N > 1 and 1 < i ≤ N, a lower limit value of the ith energy threshold range corresponding to the ith level of alarm condition is greater than an upper limit value of an (i-1)th energy threshold range corresponding to an (i-1)th level of alarm condition, and mi < mi-1.
