The present disclosure relates to the field of vehicle control technology, and provides a method for controlling a fuel cell of a vehicle, an apparatus, a program, a medium, and a vehicle. The vehicle includes a fuel cell and a power battery. The method includes the following steps: detecting road condition information for a planned driving route of the vehicle; detecting a battery level of the power battery; and controlling an activation or a deactivation of the fuel cell according to the road condition information and/or the battery level of the power battery. The present disclosure can save the electrical energy of the power battery and extend the service life of the fuel cell.
