The invention relates to a charging robot (12; 20; 36) comprising an inductive charging device (24) for charging a vehicle (16) having an inductive charging interface (18). The charging robot (12; 20; 36) is designed to charge at least one vehicle (16). According to the invention, the charging robot (12; 20; 36) comprises a movable extension arm (28) on which it guides (30) the inductive charging device (24; 26). The invention also relates to a charging system (10) comprising a charging robot (12) according to the invention, at least one vehicle footprint (14), and at least one vehicle (16) having an inductive charging interface (18) located on the vehicle footprint (14).
