Provided are an adhesive composition for organic fiber cords that is environmentally friendly as a result of not containing resorcin and formalin and has good adhesiveness, a method of producing the adhesive composition for organic fiber cords, and a rubber reinforcement member (organic fiber cord-rubber composite) and a tire using the same. An adhesive composition for organic fiber cords comprises: a first bath treatment liquid; and a second bath treatment liquid, wherein the first bath treatment liquid is a composition containing an epoxy compound and an isocyanate compound, and the second bath treatment liquid is a composition containing a polyphenol compound except resorcin and an aromatic ring-containing aldehyde compound.
