[Problem to be Solved] To improve rigidity of an undercover and to improve assembly efficiency of an undercover, in an undercover structure for a vehicle. [Solution] An undercover structure for a vehicle of the present invention includes an undercover that covers a battery pack, located below a vehicle floor assembly, from below, the undercover includes a front panel and a rear panel located on a vehicle rear side of the front panel, a rear end region of the front panel and a front end region of the rear panel are coupled, the front panel includes a first engaging portion located in the rear end region, the rear panel includes a second engaging portion located in the front end region, and the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion engage with each other.
