A method and apparatus of determining a vehicle queuing information, a roadside device and a cloud control platform are provided, which are applied to fields of intelligent transportation, computer vision and deep learning. The method includes: acquiring a plurality of images for a target lane captured at a plurality of time instants; for each image in the plurality of images, determining at least one vehicle located on the target lane and a travelling speed of each of the at least one vehicle at the time instant at which the each image is captured; determining a status information of each of the at least one vehicle at the time instant according to the travelling speed of the at least one vehicle; determining a queuing vehicle, which is located on the target lane at a first time instant of the plurality of time instants, according to all of the status information determined for the plurality of images; and determining a vehicle queuing information for the target lane at the first time instant according to the queuing vehicle.
