Provided are a floating structure, a floating type wind power generator, and a method of manufacturing the floating structure, wherein a wind turbine can be installed in a replaceable manner even if the wind turbine is enlarged. A floating wind power generator 1 according to this embodiment includes a floating structure 4 having buoyancy allowing for installation of a first wind turbine 2 that is rotationally driven by wind to generate power or a second wind turbine 3 that has an output larger than an output of the first wind turbine 2 to be mounted and is likely to be mounted in a future. In this floating wind power generator 1, the floating structure 4 is designed and manufactured by calculating required buoyancy based on the total weight of the second wind turbine 3 having a larger output than the first wind turbine 2 to be mounted so that it is unnecessary to manufacture a new floating structure even when the wind turbine is enlarged.
