The present invention relates to a boat comprising at least one hull (2) and at least one rig (5), where said rig comprises at least one sail (10) fastened slidingly to an overturning guide (35), where the overturning guide defines a sliding path (S) between two operating positions that are specular between them, said sail has two ends (45) that are opposite in the sliding direction (S) and specular, characterized in that said rig comprises:• a sail manoeuvring system (50) comprising:- a pair of rigid elements (48), hereinafter referred to as boom/vang elements, placed at the specular ends (45) and sliding integrally with the sail (10) with respect to the overturning guide (35);- one or more halyards (49) connected to the rigid elements (48) to pull them in opposite directions so as to adjust the tension of the sail between them, as well as in order to be able to make it slide along the overturning guide (35) alternately in one direction or the other,- the rigid elements (48) are fastened with respect to the overturning guide (35) so as not to tilt in the sliding direction (S).
