The present invention accurately presents information about the shape and location of a hoisting load and an object located near the hoisting load, regardless of the orientation and operational state of the crane. A guide information display device 50, wherein a camera 61 images part of a work region SA of a crane 1, a laser scanner 62 obtains a data point group P of the work region SA captured by the camera 61, and a data processing unit 70: removes, from the data point group P acquired by the laser scanner 62, a data point group P located between a hoisting load W hanging from a crane 1 and the tip end section of the telescopic boom 22 of the crane 1; estimates, on the basis of the remaining data point group P, the top surface of the hoisting load W, the ground surface F of the work region SA, and the top surfaces of objects C located in the work region SA; generates guide frames GD1 which surround the top surfaces of the hoisting load W and the objects C; and overlaps the guide frames GD1 generated by the data processing unit 70 on the image M captured by the camera 61, and displays the same on a data display unit 80.
