An in-vehicle network anomaly detection system (200) includes: a first communicator (201) receiving first unit data through a first network as data that is transferred in units specified in a first protocol; an anomaly determination database (203) storing an anomaly determination rule; an anomaly determiner (202) determining whether the first unit data has anomaly based on the rule; a unit data converter (204) extracting second unit data as data that is transferred in units specified in the second protocol from the first unit data without any anomaly; and a second communicator (206) transmitting the extracted second unit data to the second network. The first unit data includes source information indicating a corresponding first device serving as a source. The second unit data includes a data identifier. The anomaly determiner (202) compares (i) a combination of (i-1) the source information and (i-2) the data identifier with (ii) the rule, and when the first unit data has anomaly, performs predetermined anomaly processing.
