The reinforcing cords include carbon fiber cords having a double-twist structure constituted by final-twist cords formed by further twisting plural primary-twist cords each obtained by twisting plural carbon fiber filaments; the carbon fiber cords have a final twist coefficient, Z1= a × √(0.125 × c/C)/1,000, in a range of 0.01 to 1.0, and a primary twist coefficient, Z2= b × √(0.125 × d/C)/1,000, in a range of 0.01 to 1.0; and a cord interval Y between the reinforcing cords in a direction orthogonal to the cord longitudinal direction is in a range of 0.1 to 5 mm.
