A neuromodulation device for stimulating peripheral nerves comprising:a memory;a pulse generator;a plurality of electrode connected to the pulse generator, the plurality of electrodes comprise at least two active electrodes configured to be attached to a patient's body in proximity of branches of at least one peripheral nerve of the patient, wherein each of the at least two active electrodes is adapted to stimulate a different branch of the at least one peripheral nerve by electrical pulses generated by the pulse generator;a control unit connected to each of the at least two active electrodes, the control unit is and configured to control flow of the generated pulse to each of the at least two active electrodes;a neuromodulation response detector connected to the control unit and configured to send an information on a reflexive movement of at least a part of the patient's body to the control unit, wherein the reflexive movement of at least a part of the patient's body is the patient's body response to the stimulation of the at least one branch of the at least one peripheral nerve by electrical pulses generated by the pulse generator, wherein the control unit is configured to automatically set the timing of pulses within the flow of the generated pulses to each of the at least two active electrodes depending on the information from the detector.
