A reinforcement structure (100) is disclosed comprising a plurality of woven cords (110), each woven cord (110) having a width (120) in a range of from 0.5 mm to 1.6 mm and a thickness (150) in a range of from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, and each woven cord (110) comprising materials with melting points in a range of from 130°C to 230°C or from 130°C to 175°C. The reinforcement structure (100) may be used in a polymer for use in a tire (10).
