A visual-line-movement-related-value-acquisition device 220 comprises a database configured to store a relationship between the subject's visual line movement-related value and the coordinated motion-related value in advance, and configured to acquire a subject's visual line movement-related value when a coordinated motion-related value is a predetermined value from the database by using a relationship between the acquired subject's visual line movement-related value and the acquired coordinated motion-related value, to thereby acquire an index related to an effective visual field of the subject.
