The core (21) is divided into a plurality of core segments (26) arranged apart from each other, wherein the covering layer (22) enters a region between the core segments (26) adjacent to each other. A density of the high-strength fibers (34,102) in a center portion of each of the core segments (26) in a thickness direction of each of the core segments (26) is higher than a density of the high-strength fibers (34,102) in both end portions of each of the core segments (26) in the thickness direction.
