A detector (20) includes a first flexible sheet (41A), a second flexible sheet (41B) placed opposite to the first flexible sheet (41A), and an insulation sheet (42) intervening between them. The first flexible sheet (41A) includes a second antenna unit (21) and first contact portions (22A) formed on a first opposing surface (41Aa). The second flexible sheet (41B) includes a detection unit (23) and second contact portions (22B) formed on a second opposing surface (41Ba). The first contact portions (22A) and the second contact portions (22B) become a state of contact by an external force (F) based on the seating of an occupant, cause the second antenna unit (21) to output a transmission signal to the detection unit (23), and cause the detection unit (23) to output a detection signal to the second antenna unit (21).
