A compound containing an element A is present on at least a part of the surface of the negative electrode (5). The element A is at least one selected from the group consisting of Hg, Pb, Zn, and Bi. According to scanning electron microscopy, a region where the compound containing the element A is present accounts for 50% or more of the surface of the negative electrode (5).
