The connector arrangement (200) comprises a base bracket (220) to be fixedly attached to a motor vehicle, a mirror head support (210) to be mounted to the base bracket (220), and a coupling member (230) for coupling the mirror head support (210) to the base bracket (220). The coupling member (230) and the base bracket (220) together define a bayonet type connector. At least one first portion (235) is formed in or attached to the coupling member (230), and at least one second portion (225) is formed in or attached to the base bracket (220). Said first and second portions (235, 225) are configured for insertion therein of at least one fixing member (240) towards the base bracket (220) for retaining the coupling member (230) to the base bracket (220) against rotation.
