The present invention relates to an anti-fouling load arrangement which may be used in an electrical power arrangement and for arrangement at an outer surface of a marine structure. The load arrangement comprises an electric circuit including at least one load being an UV-C LED. All of the electronic components of the load arrangement are integrated into an active UV-C LED strip (25a, 25b). This enables a flexible use and handling of the load arrangement. The load arrangement further comprises an add-on light guide (27a, 27b) configured to optically extend the LED strip (25a, 25b). The add-on light guide (27a, 27b) can be damaged and/or lost on impact and be replaced as easily as required.
