There is provided a rotatable connector device including a flat cable that exerts a sufficient elasticity while maintaining a high electrical conductivity, so as to achieve further improvement in a bending property.A rotatable connector device (1) includes a flat cable (13) housed in an annular space (S1) between a stator (11) and a rotator (12). The flat cable (13) is provided with a folded-back portion (13a), in the annular space (S1), at which the flat cable (13) is bent and folded back at a middle section in a longitudinal direction of the flat cable (13). The flat cable (13) is wound up or rewound with the bending kept at the folded-back portion (13a) as the rotator (12) rotates clockwise or counterclockwise. The flat cable (13) satisfies Y ≥ 14.175X- 249.35X + 1406.9, where X (mm) denotes a bending radius, Y (MPa) denotes a 0.2% yield stress, and the bending radius falls within a range of 4 mm to 8 mm, and has a conductivity of greater than or equal to 50% IACS.
