A vehicle body floor structure includes: a plurality of first vehicle body framework members (13; 21; 22; 71; 72; 73; 74; 75; 76) extending along a vehicle body front-rear direction; a plurality of second vehicle body framework members (31; 32; 41; 42; 51; 52; 61) extending along a vehicle width direction; a floor panel (1) to which each of the first vehicle body framework members (13; 21; 22; 71; 72; 73; 74; 75; 76) and the second vehicle body framework members (31; 32; 41; 42; 51; 52; 61) is joined; and a vibration damping material (9) that is applied to a surface of the floor panel (1). The floor panel (1) includes a plurality of steps (8) having ridge lines (R) extending along a short-side direction of a first region (Al, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, A11, A12). The first region (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, A11, A12) is surrounded by the first vehicle body framework members (13; 21; 22; 71; 72; 73; 74; 75; 76) and the second vehicle body framework members (31; 32; 41; 42; 51; 52; 61). The vibration damping material (9) is applied along at least one outer edge portion of the first region (Al, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, A11, A12).
