Inner panels (3) including at least one built-in heat pipe (2) connected in a circumferential direction are provided. In a heat pipe panel (6) including the built-in heat pipe (2), apparatuses (1) are mounted on the outer side of the plural inner panels (3) connected in the circumferential direction to diffuse generated heat of the apparatuses (1) to the circumferential direction of the inner panels (3). Webbed panels (8) including a built-in heat pipe (11) horizontally arranged and having heat radiation surfaces (9) are radially arranged at corners of the inner panels (3) as well as a heat pipe (13) is horizontally built in and heat radiation surfaces (5) are arranged also on outer panels (4) facing the inner panels (3) to thermally connect the heat pipes (2, 11, 13) to one another.
