The invention relates in particular to an assembly for rigging a flexible wingsail for a sail-propelled vehicle comprising: a flexible sail (105) having a double-walled front portion (105-1) and a single-walled rear portion (105-2); a mast (110) arranged between the walls of the front portion of the sail and stretching the sail towards the top; at least one rigid curved batten (140) surrounding the mast, free and movable relative to the mast according to an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the curved batten, and holding the walls of the front portion of the sail in order to grant same a predetermined profile; and a rigid boom (115) retaining the rear lower end of the rear portion of the sail, the front of the front portion of the sail and the boom being retained towards the bottom by linking elements.
