A weight-on-wheel sensing system includes a movable linkage assembly. An indicator (40) is associated with the linkage assembly. At least one biasing mechanism (62a, 62b) is operably coupled to the indicator such that a biasing force of the biasing mechanism is applied to the indicator. A position sensing mechanism coupled to the indicator to determine a position of the indicator.
