A primary detector (28) is provided in such a way that it is possible to measure a radiation intensity which, when considered from the wavelength converter (16) is present within the primary spatial angle range (20) about the primary beam direction (18), and a secondary detector (30) is provided in such a way that a radiation intensity lies in a range which lies outside the primary spatial angle range (20) when considered from the wavelength converter (16).
