A fuel cell unit (2) includes a fuel cell stack (3), a reactor (4), and a case (5) housing the fuel cell stack (3) and the reactor (4). The case (5) is provided with an intermediate plate (6) that partitions a space inside the case (5) into an upper space (62) and a lower space (61). The fuel cell stack (3) is housed in the lower space (61), with a predetermined clearance (Spl) provided between the intermediate plate (6) and the fuel cell stack (3). The reactor (4) is housed in the upper space (62) above the fuel cell stack (3), with an upper portion of the reactor (4) fixed to the case (5). A through-hole (63) is provided in the intermediate plate (6) at a position below the reactor (4). The lower portion of the reactor (4) faces the through-hole (63).
