In methods and systems for making elevator service requests, a user device (231) provides a computing device comprising a processor. A recents list is populated with at least one retained floor set, wherein each retained floor set includes an origination floor, a transfer floor, and a destination floor. The user device (231) displays the recents list on a display, receives a user input on the recents list indicating a new elevator service request related to one of the retained floor sets, generates an elevator service request packet based on the new elevator service request, and transmits the elevator service request packet to an elevator controller (215) to make an elevator service request.
