An aircraft-towed device, comprises a frame including a leading pole (12a) and a trailing pole (12b), the poles being substantially transversal to a flight direction; an aerodynamic damping structure (16) attached to the trailing pole (12b); first and second longitudinal stays (32a, 32b) attached between the poles, establishing substantially straight lateral edges of the frame under traction; third and fourth longitudinal stays (36a, 36b), each attached between the leading and trailing poles; third and fourth transversal poles (40a, 40b), each attached to the third and fourth stays; and an antenna (38) including a conductor wound in a loop along the third pole, the third stay, the fourth pole, and the fourth stay.
