An on-board coffee processor, comprising a water-boiling cup (11), a coffee holder (13), a distillation cup (19) and a cup lid (21). The upper end of the water-boiling cup (11) is connected to the lower end of the distillation cup (19). The coffee holder (13) is arranged at the mouth of the water-boiling cup (11). The distillation cup (19) is internally provided with a distillation tube (20) leads to the upper portion of the distillation cup (19), and the cup lid (21) is connected to the upper end of the distillation cup (19). The bottom portion of the water-boiling cup (11) is provided with a heating plate (8) and the bottom portion of the heating plate (8) is provided with a thermistor (7). From bottom to top, the coffee holder (13) and the distillation cup (19), the water-boiling cup (11) is provided with a heating device, and when coffee liquid is produced, the water-boiling cup (11) acts as a steam-generating device, so that water in the water-boiling cup (11) is heated to form high-temperature high-pressure steam to be flushed towards coffee powder in the coffee holder, and the steam mixed with the coffee powder condenses in the rectifying tube in the distillation cup (19) to form coffee liquid, flowing into the distillation cup (19) from the upper end of the rectifying tube, thereby implementing the function of producing coffee liquid.
