The invention relates to a device and a method for determining a resultant yaw moment (rGM) for driving dynamics regulation, wherein at least one driving dynamics target value is determined, wherein, in a manner dependent on the at least one driving dynamics target value, at least one reference yaw moment (RGM) is determined, wherein at least an available auxiliary yaw moment and/or at least a prevailing auxiliary yaw moment is determined, wherein the resultant yaw moment (rGM) is determined in a manner dependent on the reference yaw moment (RGM) and the at least one available and/or prevailing auxiliary yaw moment, and to a method for driving dynamics regulation, and to a vehicle.
